Description:
McKissack & McKissack, specializing in architecture & interiors, program & construction management, planning & facilities management, environmental engineering and transportation, has an immediate opening for a Lead Project Controls Manager in our Los Angeles office. We are looking for a self-motivated individual, interested in personal growth, who wants to be a member of our growing team and who meets the following qualifications:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ten (10) years experience in the building design and construction process.
  • Experience working on large Hospital and Medical Facilities in a major managing project controls position.
  • Specific experience and knowledge of the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) requirements.
  • Experience managing the estimating, scheduling and document control process.
  • Experience with the processing of and maintaining records of request for information, shop drawings, samples, general contract correspondence and change orders.
  • Excellent writing and oral communications skills
  • Strong computer skills, including experience in spreadsheets and project schedules
  • Strong estimating and scheduling skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
