Pay Rate: $22.85 per hour.

Shift: Day

• Trouble shoot, repair, replace and maintain piping underground and aboveground, sinks, mixers and water heaters
• Prepare and paint metal, wood and street surfaces as needed. Perform general fabrication functions (cut, shear bend, weld) in the maintenance, repair or building of shelves, covers and related items. Maintain, repair and replace paper towels and soap dispensers
• Toilets and urinals, pipe and drain plugs and related plumbing. Trouble shoot, fabricate, repair and replace doors, door frames, hinges, handles, and closures
• Repair, replace and maintain epoxy hard flooring, asphalt and concrete surfaces as needed
• Maintain all the outside grounds
• Maintain all the outside sump pumps
• Maintain all the light on the outside and inside of plant.

• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of building and facilities maintenance experience
• Must have al the qualifications and meet the requirements of a Building Maintenance A
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have good written and verbal English communications skills
• Must be able to interact positively with Plant Production and Maintenance personnel to resolve maintenance issues
• Must be able to lead small crew of pool maintenance people on weekends
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to move, climb and work from ladders safely
• Must be able to work from high altitudes, catwalks and roofs
• Must be able to work on wet concrete floors
• Must be able and willing to work rotating Tuesday - Saturday work weeks
• Must be able to pass a test at the appropriate skill level for this position
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends and times dictated by production requirements and needs
• Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check
