As a senior business systems analyst in Academic Information Systems web application development team, the position is responsible for leading complex business and systems analysis, testing, implementation, and on-going management of key IT initiatives. Initiatives include the assessment and management of web application projects for all of the School of Medicine departments and School of Nursing, this may include both vendor-supported and custom applications. The position may also work on SOM projects associated with operational and administrative functions. The position will work in collaboration with the Manager of the Educational Technology, Supervisor for Business Systems Analysts and appropriate UC Davis Health System technical resources to ensure projects are meeting appropriate milestones and deadlines. The position will also create the supporting documentation for user and administrative guides interact with the stakeholders for demonstration of the developed products and function as the liaison between the development team and the customer/stakeholders for future application needs.
