Snowflake's IT organization is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team. In this role you will have the opportunity to build business applications and design features to improve the reliability of our applications and systems.

As the Salesforce Business Systems Analyst you will be the liaison between the business stakeholders and IT. You must have the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications, design and development solutions, test and deploy them into production. You have a passion for working cross functionally and building solutions to support business processes and data flows and strength in solving platform issues with expert troubleshooting skills.

Reporting to our Senior Manager, GTM Business systems this role will work closely with our Sales, Professional & Education Services, Support, Engineering, Security and other business partners for designing, building, and maintaining applications on Salesforce and FinancialForce/Certinia platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Responsible for designing , implementing and maintaining enterprise IT projects on Salesforce and Financialforce/Certinia platforms. Duties include:
    • Gathering requirements from business users.
    • Working with Architects and technical leads to transform and develop design and solution documents.
    • Drive UAT Demo Sessions with Business teams.
    • Assist with development of test scripts and coordinate test efforts for Post-sprint testing, UAT, Regression testing etc.
    • Ensure issues are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
    • Serve as a primary liaison between the business stakeholders and IT teams.
    • Perform project management and manage IT and business related communications.
  • Serve as a lead subject matter expert and champion in driving the industry best practices for evolution of the company's professional services processes.
  • Partner cross functionally with business application owners to ensure GTM business automation and data management processes are smooth and well connected.
  • Lead discussions and investigations regarding new Financialforce/Certinia platform features and functionality, contribute to recommendations for process improvements and keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements.
  • Provide input into the IT PS Roadmap, including the FF rollout, implementation of new functionality and major upgrades.
  • Keep updated with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices related to Professional and Education Services Success business functions.
WHAT WE NEED TO SEE:
  • A bachelor's degree (preferably with an emphasis in Business Administration , Engineering or Information Systems), or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8+ years of direct experience working as a Business Systems Analyst managing enterprise applications - Salesforce CRM, Financialforce/Certinia and reporting platforms like Snowflake.
  • Experience in developing business process and requirements for integrating Financialforce/Certinia with external systems such as CPQ, CLM and Workday
  • Experience with upstream & downstream processes & solutions to CRM capabilities such as Lead-to-Quote, Order Management, Billing, Invoicing and Booking is a big plus.
  • Expert leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to participate in any cross-functional team and build relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally with users ranging from executive to line level
  • Commitment to excellent customer service & strong focus on quality.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with key business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with onshore and offshore teams in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Project Management experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is helpful.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $141,000 - $196,300.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
