Literacy volunteer tutors serve in local schools and out-of-school settings. They tutor in grades First through Third by providing tutoring in essential early reading skills. Additionally, Tutors build positive relationships that support, encourage, and motivate students. They are committed to a minimum of four hours per week, over two days a week, for the entire school year, plus additional time for required training.
